Steven Baldwin Associates (SBA) is pleased to announce the appointment of James “Jim” Aiello as the new Airport Engineer at Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport (SAV) in Savannah, Georgia.

Mr. Aiello, who previously worked within the Harrisburg International Airport system in Pennsylvania, will begin his new role in June 2021. His appointment strengthens SAV’s engineering department and supports the airport’s long-term growth and infrastructure initiatives.

About Jim Aiello

Mr. Aiello is a seasoned engineering professional with more than 20 years of experience in aviation infrastructure and project management. His career spans a wide range of airfield projects, including:

  • Taxiway reconstruction

  • Obstruction removal

  • Installation of navigational aids (navaids)

  • Runway rehabilitation

  • Airfield maintenance projects

Most recently, Aiello served as Airport Project Manager for the Susquehanna Area Regional Airport Authority, which oversees Harrisburg International Airport (MDT), Capital City Airport (CXY), Franklin County Regional Airport (N68), and Gettysburg Regional Airport (W05).

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering Technology with a concentration in Transportation from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown and is an Engineer in Training (EIT).
